Stir-fried black rice cake with cabbage
Overview
The last time I made black rice cakes, I froze some in the refrigerator. Yesterday, I suddenly remembered that there were still a lot of black rice cakes that I had not eaten, so I made fried black rice cakes with cabbage. It tasted great and was very nutritious.

Main ingredients: black rice cake, cabbage, Daxida barbecue sauce.

After defrosting the black rice cake, cut it into slices, neither too thin nor too thick.

Wash the cabbage and cut into sections.

Heat a pan and add peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add rice cake slices and fry.

Fry until both sides of the rice cake slices are browned.

Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cabbage and salt and continue frying.

Stir-fry the cabbage to release the water.

Add a little Daxida barbecue sauce.
