Electric pan version of pizza
Overview
Pizza - a foreign pie with fillings on the outside. I really don’t think it’s as delicious as the pie from China, but the kids love it. I made it for my baby to eat during my break today. Her little bestie happened to be here too, and the two kids had a great time!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the flour, eggs, salt, butter, and baking powder together in a basin and mix into a dough, then place it in a high temperature place to wait for fermentation.
-
Dice the onion.
-
Dice tomatoes.
-
Heat some butter or cooking oil in a pan, add onions and stir-fry.
-
Then add tomatoes and stir-fry, add salt, sugar (a ratio of 1:2 is enough for normal cooking) and black pepper, which tastes very fresh (or you can also add other seasonings you like) stir-fry until thickened and set aside.
-
Roll the fermented dough into a round cake and pierce it with a fork, remembering to leave an edge. Then put the cake embryo on the electric baking pan and bake it with the lid on. After two or three minutes, turn it over and it will be basically done. (You can control the time according to your own electric baking pan)
-
The baked dough and prepared ingredients (pizza sauce, ham slices, shredded onions, diced bell peppers) are placed on the table ready to be added.
-
Spread the pizza sauce evenly on the dough.
-
Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese first, then add your favorite toppings. (I prepared ham slices, red pepper and onion shreds)
-
Then sprinkle an even layer of grated mozzarella cheese, the more the merrier!
-
Put it in the electric baking pan, cover it with a lid, and use a wooden spatula to support the lid to rest. Don't touch the cheese crumbs, otherwise it will stick to the lid. Bake for three to five minutes. (The timing depends on your own pan. The burnt part in the picture is next to the lid, but I think the burnt one is quite delicious)
