Clear oil scallion pancake
Overview
I saw many people using lard to make scallion pancakes, and they looked so fragrant that I always wanted to make them myself. But I don’t eat much meat. Last year I hurt myself from making egg yolk cake boiled in lard, so I made this clear oil version of scallion pancake. It's also very delicious. You can roll it with lettuce, cucumber shreds, eggs, tomatoes, etc., and mix it with whatever you like. It's a nice healthy breakfast.
