Prepare the materials, clean them, and cut them with a knife

Add salt, five-spice powder, soy sauce, and wine, mix well, and marinate for at least 4 hours

Place on a grill covered with tin foil, 180 degrees for 20 minutes

Add tomato sauce, dark soy sauce, and oil to the marinated sauce. Stir evenly, apply it on the chicken wings, and continue to bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes (my chicken wings came out and felt that the color was not good enough, so I poured some dark soy sauce and continued to bake for 10 minutes)
