Toad spits honey
Overview
Toad spitting honey is a traditional snack in Beijing. It is made of semi-permed dough and bean paste as the filling. When roasted and mature, a small amount of bean paste will spit out from the natural cracks. It looks like a toad spitting honey. (This time I used lotus paste filling)
