Banana cheese
Overview
Private dish recipes - bananas, cheese, dairy products, lactic acid bacteria, fruits and vegetables have been growing up with many people. Banana milk juice is well known. Lactic acid bacteria, cream cheese, milk, and bananas are often blended together to form a thick juice. Place the banana horizontally, cut the upper left third of the stem with a spare fruit knife, and the banana peel can be easily peeled off.

After peeling it off, use a paring knife to cut off the bottom part of the banana (the dark part).

Then cut the banana into segments (1 cm wide), then slightly peel off the banana skin underneath.

Put the banana, cream cheese, milk, and lactic acid bacteria in the spare juice machine in order, close the lid, and then press the switch. (Do not add honey or sugar. If you like sweetness, you can add honey or sugar)

Make the juice (just melt the banana).

Juice is finished.

Pour into the reserved cup and top with black mint. (If you want to drink it colder, just put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour)
