Later I saw it in a supermarket and bought some and learned how to make it. Today I learned how to make this dish. I bought it for the first time. I thought it was quite tender and delicious.

Prepare materials.

Wash the okra, remove the stems, and cut into slices about 1 cm.

Boil water. After the water boils, blanch the okra for 2 minutes, drain out the cold water and set aside.

Heat up an appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan, add the beaten eggs, and remove the pan from the heat for five seconds so that the eggs are not completely solidified. Use the residual heat to solidify them so that the eggs are very tender.
