Sweet Potato Ginger Syrup--Warm-Repelling Syrup
Overview
Sweet potato ginger soup and rummy eggs are my favorite recipes during menstruation. They are particularly good at relieving dysmenorrhea. I also checked the relevant information and learned that brown sugar ginger water during menstruation is helpful in relieving and treating dysmenorrhea. If you have abdominal pain during menstruation or have low menstrual flow, drinking brown sugar ginger water has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect. Let’s share how to make sweet potato and ginger soup.

Ingredients
Steps
-
First peel two sweet potatoes and set aside (I personally like to cook two different types of sweet potatoes together, the picture shows yellow potatoes and flower heart potatoes)
-
Cut the sweet potato into pieces about 1-2CM each
-
Then cut each piece of sliced sweet potato into 4 pieces.
-
Cut 3-4 slices of ginger
-
Put the sweet potatoes in the pressure cooker. The amount of water is about two-fifths of the pressure cooker (I have a 5L pressure cooker here)
-
Adjust the pressure cooker to the porridge cooking setting. After it is cooked, add brown sugar after boiling the pot.
