Cola Eggplant

Overview

This season, there are so many eggplants. I have tried all kinds of eggplant recipes. Today I had a sudden idea. I made Coke chicken wings two days ago and put some sauce on them. How does it taste when used on eggplants? According to my taste, salty, sweet and fresh is the right way to describe it.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the eggplant and cut into small strips, soak in salt water for a few minutes

   

2. 2 Chop ginger, shallots, green peppers, garlic, and dried chili peppers and set aside

   

3. 3 Coke Chicken Wing Sauce

   

4. 4 Add an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, not too much. First add ginger, garlic and dried chili pepper and sauté until fragrant. Add eggplant and stir-fry gently over medium heat. After the eggplant is soft, add cola chicken wing sauce and green pepper and stir-fry for half a minute. Then add green onion, chicken essence and remove from the pot.
