A friend recommended buying a pack of Mexican tortilla dough, which can be used for egg burritos, scallion pancakes, etc. It’s really convenient.

Raw tacos.

Chop green onions.

Add salt and mix well.

Take a pancake and brush it with oil.

Add chopped green onion.

Cover with another pancake and repeat until the fourth pancake is covered.

Use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly.

Heat oil in a pan, add scallion pancakes and fry over low heat until golden brown.

Flip and continue frying until the other side is golden brown and the pancake on the surface is slightly puffy, which means it is done.
