Peel the preserved eggs and rinse with water.

Finely dice onions and green peppers. Not too much, just two tablespoons of each.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce. Two tablespoons of vinegar.

Cut each preserved egg into four pieces. Pour the prepared onion and pepper sauce.
