Quick stir-fry - fried chicken slices with green onions
Overview
We northerners have to stock up on some green onions and cabbages when winter comes. Although we eat them now and buy them now, this is already a winter complex. We have to buy a bunch of green onions and a few cabbage plants at home to make it look like we are spending the winter. Today my relatives bought a lot of green onions again. Use scallions to make a quick and easy dish to go with rice, stir-fried chicken slices with scallions. Full of sauce flavor. There was sweet noodle sauce, so I didn’t add salt.

Slice chicken breasts and set aside.

Slice green onions and set aside.

Starch the chicken slices with starch, add oil to the hot oil pan, remove and set aside.

Heat oil, sauté chopped green onions, add sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add chicken slices and stir-fry.
