Everyone in my family loves to eat walnuts, so I specially learned this old Beijing peach cake. I made it for my family and they all said it was delicious.

Prepare the required ingredients and knead them in a basin except for the walnuts.

Leave some large walnut kernels for final decoration. I break the other walnut kernels into small pieces and put them in the noodles.

Wrap the mixed walnut kernel dough and set aside to rise for about 30 minutes.

Take out the rested dough and divide it into twenty portions, about 37 grams each.

Divide into small portions and roll into balls.

Place a piece of walnut kernel on the small dough, press it into a cake shape with your hands, form natural cracks around it, and use a spatula to place it on the baking sheet.

Arrange the peach cake shape, place it on the baking sheet, and preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 5 minutes.

Set the oven to 175 degrees, I baked it for twenty minutes, then put it on the grill to cool. The peach cakes were soft just after baking, but they became hard after cooling. I baked them too full, so I should bake them in two trays. Keep a little distance between each walnut cake, and the shape will be better. Now it is too full, and the round ones are squeezed into square ones.
