Tomato Fishball Noodles
Overview
I had dinner at home with my children. I rummaged through the kitchen and found that there was only half a pancake left over from last night. I was inspired to take out 2 eggs, a bag of hot pot fish balls, a section of the remaining king oyster mushrooms, and a tomato from the refrigerator. I made a delicious pot of tomato fish ball noodles. It was simple and delicious. I had a lively meal with my children. Many times, delicious food is actually very simple....

Steps
-
The ingredients required are all available in the kitchen.
-
Put the fish balls into the pot and cook them with cold water. Since the fish balls were taken out from the refrigerator, they need to be cooked thoroughly first.
-
Cut the pancake into strips, slice the king oyster mushrooms (you can cut them into cubes or strips, as you like), and chop the green onions.
-
Cook the fish balls until they float on the water, add tomatoes and king oyster mushrooms and cook together.
-
Mix 1/3 bag of Hu spicy soup into paste.
-
Pour into the boiled soup and continue to boil.
-
Add the cut pancake strips and bring to a boil.
-
After cooking, pour in the egg liquid and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat, add salt, pepper, chopped green onion, and drizzle with sesame oil.
-
Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
