Electric grilled toothpick meat
Overview
Many toothpick meats are fried. Today I will make an electric grilled one, using pork neck white meat instead of deep-frying, which is healthier and more nutritious. If toothpick meat is a dish, it is better to say it is more like a snack, a delicacy that most people love.

Wash the pork neck white meat and cut into 2*2cm pieces, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for one hour.

Soak the toothpicks in water beforehand so they won't burn when put in the oven.

Marinate the meat and skewer it with toothpicks. Grease the baking sheet and arrange the meat on the toothpicks.

Preheat the oven and put it into a baking pan, bake at 210 degrees for 6 minutes. Take out the baking pan, apply a little oil on the skewers, sprinkle with chili powder, white pepper, and cumin powder according to personal taste, then put it back in the oven and bake for 3 minutes until done.
