  1. Wash the raw materials, shred the potatoes and carrots, and cut the pepper into thin slices with a diagonal knife.

  2. Add enough oil to the wok.

  3. Pour in chili segments and shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add chili pepper.

  5. Pour in the shredded potatoes, add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and stir-fry quickly over medium heat until the shredded potatoes turn yellow.

  6. Plate and eat.
