Toon, egg and seaweed soup
Overview
Everyone has eaten toon scrambled eggs. Today I used this toon egg to cook a seaweed soup. Wow, the taste is so delicious. I didn't eat last night, so I had a big bowl of soup like this. The aftertaste was really endless.

Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, blanch the Chinese toon in the pot.

Beat the eggs with a little salt.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook until the soup base is thickened and the ingredients are fragrant.

Then add some fine salt to taste.

After the soup base is opened and the ingredients are fragrant, turn off the heat and add the seaweed.
