Cheese toast
Overview
I have made many kinds of toast, but this is my first time making cheese toast. The toast with cheese is especially soft. Toast the toast the day before, add eggs, cheese slices, and vegetables in the morning to make a simple sandwich. Add a cup of hot milk or juice to make a convenient and nutritious breakfast

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, start the kneading process, and knead the dough to the expansion stage.

Add softened butter, start the dough kneading process again, and knead until complete

Shape into a round shape and place in a warm place to ferment

Ferment until 2-2.5 times in size (about one hour)

Take out the dough, divide it into three parts, roll the dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes

Use a rolling pin to roll it into an oval shape

Turn over and roll up

Roll everything up and put it into the toast mold. Place in a warm place for secondary fermentation

Ferment until 7-8 minutes full

After the secondary fermentation is completed, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with almond flakes, place in a preheated oven preheated to 180°C, bake for 3-5 minutes, cover with tin foil, tube up and down, leave the lower layer for about 40 minutes, unmold while hot to prevent shrinkage. Let cool and then slice.
