I prefer to soak rice when I get up in the morning, so that I can wash my face with rice water and it can be washed very clean. Cut the ingredients. Chop the garlic and ginger, cut the green onion into two sections, mince the green onion, and dice the red pepper and carrot. I'm used to putting all the ingredients on one plate, hehe.
