Prepare ingredients

Peel the winter melon, remove seeds, and slice.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Pour water into the pot, blanch the washed pork ribs, remove and wash.

Pour water back into the pot and add the blanched pork ribs, onions, ginger, and cooking wine. Add 3-4 drops of white vinegar (conducive to the dissolution of calcium and other components in the bones). Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the winter melon and cook for 2 minutes.
