Stir-fried pork belly in casserole
Overview
My family doesn’t eat fatty meat, but they like to eat pork belly. Cut into thin slices, the pork belly is delicious no matter how you fry it. The weather is cold and I bought a Heile casserole suitable for cooking. This time I specially used this pot to stir-fry meat. I didn't expect it to be very easy to use. It doesn't stick to the pot. It can be served directly on the table. The heat preservation effect is also very good.
