Soybean and seaweed roasted pork skin
Overview
Unintentionally, I combined the three ingredients of soybeans, kelp and pork skin to make a dish. The soft aroma of the pork skin, the bean aroma of the soybeans, the fresh aroma of the kelp, and the spicy aroma of the chopped peppers are mixed together and tasted. There is an indescribable deliciousness!

After the pan is hot, add olive oil, then add shredded ginger
