  1. Soak the fungus in advance, wash it, blanch it in cold water and control the moisture.

  2. Chop the onion and add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil. If you don’t have oyster sauce, you can add less sugar.
