I was tempted by the fragrant barbecue on the roadside many times. After my husband repeatedly nagged me, I held back and decided to satisfy my appetite myself. After some cooking, my homemade kebabs came out of the oven, and they tasted really good! It’s also healthy. If you have an oven, why not try it yourself.

Cut the lean pork into cubes and put it in a large bowl. Add soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, allspice, salt, and sugar.

Mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours. The meat will be more flavorful if marinated for longer.

Prepare half an onion and a red pepper.

Cut onions and peppers into almost square pieces.

Thread the marinated meat into a bamboo skewer, insert one piece of meat, one piece of onion and one piece of pepper.

After being dressed, put it into the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes on the upper and lower heat. Brush it with oil halfway through. Take it out and sprinkle a little cumin powder on it two or three minutes before it is done.
