Cumin Pork Ribs
Overview
It’s similar to the method of dry pot spareribs, except cumin is added.

Wash the fresh pork ribs you bought.

Pour into boiling water to blanch the blood and rinse with clean water.

Wash the green and red peppers and green onions and cut them into sections, and slice the ginger.

Put the pork ribs in the pot and stir-fry out the water, then pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and stir-fry.

Remove when golden brown and set aside.

Leave oil in the pot, add green onions and ginger slices and stir-fry twice.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry for five or six minutes. Add a little salt and stir-fry the light soy sauce evenly.

Add green and red pepper and cumin powder and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes.
