Wash the cordyceps flowers with water and soak them in warm water. Shred cucumbers and carrots. Chop the garlic finely.

Blanch shredded carrots in boiling water. Remove and place in cold water.

Blanch the Cordyceps flowers, take them out and put them in cold water.

Rinse both of them and drain them for later use.

Add shredded cucumber, then pour in the sauce of light soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and salt and stir evenly.
