The weather has been too hot recently, so I made an appetizing sour papaya and crucian carp for my family, and as expected, they were all sold out.

Wash the crucian carp and drain the water

Prepare the ingredients, wash the sour papaya and boil it in water for 5 minutes. Do not throw away the cooked sour papaya and water and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, turn to medium heat after the oil is hot, and fry the crucian carp until golden brown on both sides
