Overview
Beef is always indispensable at home during the Chinese New Year, especially spiced beef, which is a must-have for every family here. Making dumplings is also an essential part of Chinese New Year. There are always some dumpling wrappers left over when making dumplings. Today I used the leftover dumpling wrappers and made them into pancakes. I happened to have some spiced beef at home, so I rolled it in beef. This kind of pancake can be rolled with anything, just roll it according to the ingredients at home

The leftover dumpling wrappers from making dumplings are spinach and carrot wrappers.

Soak the dumpling wrappers one by one in oil for about an hour. Soaking dumpling skins in oil can prevent adhesion and increase ductility.

Take out 7-10 pieces in a pile and roll them out with a rolling pin until the area is doubled.

After rolling out, boil the water and put it into the basket.

Steam for 8-10 minutes. If there are 7 pieces in a pile, 8 minutes is enough; if there are 10 pieces in a pile, steaming for 10 minutes is appropriate.
