Ingredients
Steps
-
Chicken breast (soak in water for half an hour).
-
Enoki mushrooms (go ahead and soak them in water for half an hour! Soaking is just for cleanliness as there may be chemicals).
-
Cut the chicken into small pieces and blanch it in water to remove impurities! (My baby is almost 11 months old, so I added a teaspoon and a half of salt when blanching the chicken! If the baby is small, you don’t need to add it!)
-
Finely chop the enoki mushrooms.
-
Dice the carrots and set aside!
-
At this time, take out the chicken that has been cooked for 6 or 7 minutes and wash it with clean water.
-
Drain the water from the chicken, put it into a wall-breaking machine (I use a Joyoung soymilk machine) together with the carrots and enoki mushrooms, and add two tablespoons of sesame oil.
-
I use the function of grain porridge! Hit twice!
-
Dang Dang Dang~ The fragrant chicken, radish and mushroom puree will be ready! There is no required proportion for this, mothers can add more according to their baby’s needs!
-
This is how I choose to store it! Just freeze it! When you want to make it for your baby, just take two pieces! Very convenient!
