Grilled lamb chops with sauce
Overview
It doesn’t use any oil, it’s very simple to make, but it’s very popular at home banquets! I would really grab one and nibble it with my hands. I don’t have to worry about the image at all. I’m at home with my family anyway! Every time there are festivals and anniversaries, a lamb chop will be grilled, and the family and the dog will have a great time eating it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the lamb chops and soak them in cold water with cooking wine to remove the blood. After about an hour, take them out and wash them. Wipe off the water and put them on the chopping board for later use.
-
Prepare all the seasonings and chop the onions as desired
-
Mix all the seasonings except onions into a bowl, add red wine and mix
-
Apply the seasoning evenly to the lamb chops and massage the lamb chops
-
Add the onions and marinate for at least four hours. The ideal thing is to put the lamb chops into the bag as shown in the picture, cover all the onions, then tie the bag tightly and put it in the refrigerator. Prepare it the night before and grill it anytime the next day. It is delicious and the meat is softer and tender
-
Take out the marinated lamb chops, remove the onions, pat them clean and put them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Note that the meaty side must be facing up and the bone side facing down
-
There is no need to preheat the oven. The upper and lower heat is 180 to 200 degrees (depending on the actual situation of the oven at home). Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
-
This is the effect of 180 degrees for 40 minutes plus 20 minutes. All the fat on the meat is baked out, so the outer skin is a little crispy, but the meat inside is still very soft and tender.
-
Simply modify the knife and serve it on the table, and it will definitely be a rush. Look, the meat inside is still very tender.
