White Mushroom in Oyster Sauce
Overview
It is rare to buy this kind of mushroom. In our small town, there is only one stall owner selling it. The price is more expensive than king oyster mushroom. The leaves are thick and fleshy, and it tastes very good. The addition of red pepper is for color matching, because it comes out of the pot after adding and stir-frying, so this dish does not have a spicy taste. If you get a spicy taste, please add it when the pot is boiling.
