Oil-free fried chicken wings
Overview
The whole family likes to eat chicken wings. My mother wants less oil, and my husband wants spicy and delicious chicken wings. So this oil-free version of chicken wings was born. When eating, my husband just puts a dry chili sauce on it.

First, cut two knives on both sides of the chicken wings to facilitate flavoring and cooking. Then mix all the seasonings with the chicken wings, knead for a while, marinate for twenty minutes or refrigerate for a few hours.

Put no oil in the non-stick pan and add the chicken wings one by one.

Fry until browned and then flip over.

When both sides are brown, add a small amount of water, cover the pot and simmer until dry.
