Mix flour + cornstarch + salt + pepper and MSG evenly.

Wash the green onions.

Mix eggs + water. Cut green onion into small pieces.

Pour the egg liquid into the flour and mix without lumps.

Add chopped green onion.

The mixed batter should be fluid.

Heat a pan and brush with oil.

Pour the batter evenly and spread it into a round cake. When the batter is dry, brush the surface with oil again.

Fry over medium-low heat until one side is lightly browned, then flip and fry until both sides are cooked through.

Stack the triangle shape and remove from the pot.
