Sauce-flavored pork trotters
Overview
Every time I go back to work, several of my close colleagues will cook a table of meals for lunch and chat while they are full. After the meal is full, we drink Kung Fu tea. It’s very satisfying! Today I made some soy sauce pork knuckles!

Cut the pig's feet into small pieces, drain them into water, and pass them through a cold river. Set them aside for later use

Heat the pan with peanut oil and stir-fry the pig's feet until the pig is slightly brown

Add bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, and strawberries and continue to stir-fry until fragrant

Add Zhuhou sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly (sprinkle water while stir-frying, not too much, so that the stir-fry is more even)

My rice cooker is the most common one. Put the fried pig's feet into the rice cooker, add half a bowl of water and cook until it automatically stops! You're all done!
