  1. Boil the pig ears in a pot of cold water for 25 minutes. I added salt, pepper, ginger slices, green onions [I used onions instead] and simmered for 5 minutes

  2. Use chopsticks to gently pierce it. If there is no blood, it is OK

  3. Use a heavy object to flatten the pig ears so they are easier to cut

  4. Cut into thin slices

  5. Spicy sea pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken essence, MSG, cooked sesame seeds, cooked peanuts, green and red sea pepper, garlic [use one garlic]

  6. Add the seasonings one by one into the basin

  7. Mix well and serve on a plate
