There are many ways to cook shrimps. Fried shrimps contain relatively more oil. In today’s terms, they are considered unhealthy food. Believe it or not, fried shrimps are indeed very fragrant. There is nothing wrong with eating them occasionally. The delicious food is irresistible. The light version is good, but the rich flavor is even more tempting.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: shrimp, eggs

Wash the shrimps, drain the water, add salt and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add egg liquid and starch and mix well.

Take the marinated shrimps and dip them in the egg liquid.

Fry in 50% hot oil.

After frying, remove and place on absorbent paper. Complete them all in sequence. Plate and serve.
