I will go further and further on the road of baking~ Come to the topic list to support me! ~ Sesame crackers are small, cute, crispy and delicious. You will fall in love with them the first time you try them and you won’t be able to stop. They are a must-have snack for the office. I used to buy them from some dessert shops, but I couldn't get enough. Now that I have an oven, I'm the first to learn this biscuit to satisfy my cravings. I learned from some experts' methods, but I can't make each round the same size like them. I don't have the appearance of this one, so I can only pursue the taste!

  1. Prepare all kinds of materials;

  2. Pour the powdered sugar into the egg whites (egg whites) and mix evenly with a hand mixer;

  4. Melt the butter in the microwave, usually heating it over low heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Pour the melted butter into the meringue powder and stir evenly;

  6. Pour in low-gluten wheat flour and stir from bottom to top until uniform (remember not to rotate and stir);

  7. Find a cup with a suitable diameter, put the piping bag into it, pour the batter, take out the piping bag and seal it;

Cut a small opening on the top of the piping bag so that the batter can be squeezed out (if the opening is too large, the batter will fall too fast and it is difficult to control; if the opening is too small, the sesame seeds will be blocked). The batter can be squeezed out to the size of a one-yuan coin. It will stretch out as the temperature rises;

  9. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, set the upper and lower heat to 170 degrees respectively, and bake for about 10 minutes. When the surface turns yellow, turn to the upper and lower heat at about 150 degrees and bake for 3 minutes (it is better to control the temperature and time according to the oven. Although this big guy is very smart, I will still keep an eye on the heat);

  10. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 3-5 minutes, then carefully remove it from the foil (otherwise it may break);

  11. After arranging the plate and taking pictures, find a container to store it as soon as possible. It is best to put a desiccant (the weather in the Imperial City has been very stuffy recently and the humidity is high, so it will become brittle after a while). Of course, you can also put it all in your mouth!
