I originally wanted to steam the steamed buns with the risen noodles, but suddenly I saw a dough press, so I had the idea to use it to make steamed buns. This thousand layer steamed buns are freshly baked.

Mix flour with water and yeast powder to form a dough

Ferment until 2-3 times in size

Take it out and press it several times with a dough press on the panel
