Steps

  1. Cut the tomatoes into cross patterns and pour boiling water from the top

  2. Tear off the outer skin

  3. Cut into small cubes

  4. Place in a food processor and puree

  5. Put into a small pot and add rock sugar

  6. Bring to a boil over low heat and add starch

  7. Stir until thickened and turn off heat

  8. Spread a layer of shredded coconut in the mold

  9. Place into the mold, smoothen the surface, and refrigerate for one hour

  10. Cut into cubes

  11. Evenly wrap a layer of coconut

  12. Completed
