Prepare all the ingredients and melt the butter at room temperature.

Place the cut dough on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put the cookies into the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, and the sweet and sour cranberry cookies will be out of the oven.
