Divide 1 cabbage into four parts, marinate the cabbage with salt for 2 hours, remove and squeeze out the water, and set aside

Chop onions and garlic and set aside

Chop apples and pears into mince

Put the apples and pears into the soymilk machine and beat them into juice

Put cornstarch into a clean pot, add water and heat to make a paste, cool and set aside
