Purple rice flour and bean paste filling glutinous rice cake
Overview
The fragrant purple rice flour is mixed with glutinous rice flour, and some condensed milk is added to make the dough. The red bean paste made by myself is used as the filling. After being wrapped into glutinous rice cakes, the skin is dipped in white sesame seeds. The fried glutinous rice cake has a sesame-scented outer skin, is very soft and waxy, and the filling is sweet and very delicious.

Put purple rice flour, glutinous rice flour, and condensed milk into a container.

Add appropriate amount of water and make a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Shape the rested dough into medium-sized dough.

Roll the dough into a round shape and add bean paste filling.

Wrap the bean paste filling tightly with dough.

Then press it flat and dip it in white sesame seeds to form a glutinous rice cake base.
