Slice the sensitive fish, peel the ginger and cut into shreds. Add shredded ginger to the sensitive fish fillets, add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking oil, and a little sweet potato starch. Knead it with your hands and mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Leave the oven to heat for 10 minutes. Line an oven tray with tin foil, place the marinated fish fillets flat on the tin foil; cover with tin foil after laying it out. When the residual heat is done, put it in the oven.

Adjust the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
