Break off the long beans and wash them

Slice the pork belly and scald it

Blanch the long beans in boiling water until they change color, remove and drain

Use a garlic press to press the garlic into puree

Sauté minced garlic with cold oil in a hot pan

Add long beans and pork belly and stir-fry

Pour in light soy sauce
-
Pour in appropriate amount of water

Add salt to taste before serving

Take it out of the pan, plate it up, and start eating!
