Corn and Ham Small Pizza
Overview
This batch of pizza was made a long time ago, and I’m just posting it now because I’m too lazy. The little one has had a bad appetite for a while, so he basically eats two staple meals every day and only drinks milk. I tried my best to get him to eat more. I took him to Pizza Hut once before and he liked it very much, so I made it myself, adding whatever ingredients I wanted and as much as I liked. Economical, delicious and affordable~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the dough ingredients except butter into a container.
-
Knead into a ball with your hands and continue kneading for a while.
-
Take the dough out, place it on a cutting board, add room temperature softened butter, and continue kneading.
-
Knead until the glove film comes out.
-
Shape the dough into a round shape, put it into a container, and let it ferment until it triples in size. Dip your fingers into dry flour and poke a hole until it doesn't spring back.
-
At this point you can prepare the vegetables. Wash and cut the green pepper into cubes, cut the ham into round slices, wash and set aside the corn kernels.
-
Take out the fermented dough and deflate it with a rolling pin.
-
Divide dough into three equal portions.
-
Use a rolling pin to separate the dough from plastic wrap (to prevent sticking) and roll it into a disc shape.
-
Spread tomato sauce on the dough and add corn kernels.
-
Add green peppers and ham slices.
-
Spread tomato sauce on top.
-
Finally, add some corn kernels and spread with plenty of mozzarella cheese.
-
Place in the oven for secondary fermentation and ferment at 35 degrees for about 40 minutes.
-
After fermentation, bake in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
-
After the small pizza comes out of the oven, let it cool and enjoy it~~
