Sweet and fragrant---Jujube steamed buns
Overview
I have always liked corn-related delicacies, I just love the sweet taste~ Sometimes when I am busy and hungry and want something to eat, I will go to 7-11 to buy a jujube steamed bun. The smell is tempting~ But it is not good to eat out often, so I just made it at home today. I didn’t think much about making it and it tastes good. Even my mother praised me~ My little vanity is really satisfied~ The photo was taken in a bit of a hurry, and it really doesn’t look good~

Slowly add cornmeal to hot water and stir until it resembles a picture.

Remove the core from the red dates and chop into small pieces

Pour the red dates, white sugar, self-rising flour, dry yeast, and baking powder into the mixed cornmeal
