Peel the garlic.

Chop the garlic into mince and add some salt.

Stir in the minced garlic and salt.

Wash the eggplant and cut into segments.

Put the eggplant into the steamer and steam until cooked.

Let the eggplant cool and cut an opening to prepare the garlic.

Stuff the center of the eggplant with minced garlic.

Place the prepared garlic eggplant in a crisper.
