Overview
I have always disliked eating red beans and was not used to the taste of red beans, but boiling red beans, barley and milk together was really delicious and I couldn’t help but finish it in one go. This red bean and barley milk porridge is especially good to eat in the morning. It supplements nutrition and physical strength, and starts the day full of energy!

Wash the red bean and coix seed and soak them in water for 5 hours.

Pour it into the electric pressure cooker, don't put too much water, and add milk later.

Select the bean cooking function for 35 minutes and start the program. If you do not have an electric pressure cooker, you can also use an ordinary pressure cooker. After the pressure cooker is inflated, turn to low heat for 35 minutes.
