Wash the pig lungs cleanly and then rinse them with clean water. I have taught you how to wash pig lungs before! Go check it out for yourself!

Soak the dried Bawang flowers half an hour in advance and set aside.

Tear the soaked Bawang flowers into small pieces.

Add 3 liters of water to the pot and add pig lungs, ginger and candied dates.

Cut off the chicken feet and nails, wash them and soak until soft and set aside!

After boiling the pig lungs, add peanut oil and add Bawang flowers.

After boiling again, add chicken feet to make the soup whiter and sweeter.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for an hour, then add salt to taste and it's ready to serve!
