Ingredients: Boiled shrimp, mushrooms (washed), pickled vegetables (washed)

Peel the boiled shrimps and remove the meat. Set aside.

Place the washed mushrooms on the cutting board and cut into slices, set aside.

Place the washed pickles on the chopping board and cut them into pieces, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped mushrooms and stir-fry.

Then, add the chopped pickled vegetables and stir-fry.

Then, add the peeled shrimp meat and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season and stir-fry until combined.

Remove from pan and plate.
